Thoroughly enjoyed the queen studio with all the expected amenities, felt like we were home. Had central location tricky to find as in industrial park...

The place was clean with a pleasant and exceptional staff from the desk through to the manager. It was near Castle Towers and Blue Mountains and an industrial park area, great and handy location overall👍

The breakfast offered a delicious variety of food, and the location was conveniently close to the shopping center.

Staff had not picked up booking from Booked.net Staff then faces us "discount" by not charging for extra bed, despite booking being made and priced for three The entry through the industrial estate

I thought it was well equipped but nothing special especially considering the price per night. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places all over the world and this was overly expensive for what you got I would not stay there again. It's certainly not a 3-4 star accommodation more a 2 star rating Pictures are not like the rooms

This hotel offers great value. the accommodation is clean, and the staff are efficient and friendly, from the front desk to management. the room is nicely decorated, well-appointed, and features a clean bathroom. Guests can enjoy pleasant sunset views all around. the location is very convenient; it's right next to a coffee shop and close to everything you need.

The service was good and the rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new with bathroom and full kitchen, for example.

This hotel is in the centre of an industrial centre. It was ok for our stay but don't expect ambience or a holiday feel. It's designed for short stay workers.

The location here is convenient, close to local restaurants, and we had a separate bedroom.

Breakfast packs just OK but could be a bit more substantial. A bit expensive at $12.

Location very close to Sydney for 2 nights, business park, and public transport. Good choice of food options at walking distance from the venue. Flexible check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Shuttle available to stores if needed.

It was convenient to Castle Hill

The servicing of the rooms could have been better. Floor not vacuumed. Some reception staff greeted on entry at all times most did not acknowledge your presence.

Enjoyed having a kitchen in my room, so convenient. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. Everything was kept neat and tidy, felt cozy everywhere.
